Briefing：

Specially developed for the fine deburring?of?cross-holes. There are two types; the Ceramic Stone Type for point processing and the Alumina Fiber Rod Type for simultaneous deburring and inner wall polishing. The Ceramic Stone Type is also easy to use with a hand grinder.

Caratteristiche principali:
- Both the Stick and the Rod types can be used to polish with the tip or the sides of the tools.
- Ideal for polishing after EDM and wire cut processing.
- Also ideal for polishing ribs and deburring edges and corners.
- Can be formed into desired shapes, such as a thinner tips.
- Can be used even more efficiently when attached to tools (electric, air, or ultrasonic).

Applicazioni principali:
- Ideal for polishing extremely hard die and mold (especially materials harder than HRC57).
- Usage can be specified for “Surface polishing”, “Finishing ribs after EDM”, “Finishing gates after EDM”, “Finishing and deburring corners”, “Finishing and deburring edges”, “Chamfering corners (to be rounded or chamfered)”.
